Pastors, teachers, and leaders, can you imagine your church members springing into life and action for Christ? Take a look at the class for small group or homeschool to learn a new friendly form of apologetics. We’ve been taught ways that don’t work. Because of the frustration of doing what doesn’t work, many Christians have just stopped trying to bring others to Christ. This is different. No lie can stand up to the Light.

In God’s mirror, you see the body of Christ and how you fit into that body. You see Christ in yourself and Christ in the other members of the body of Christ by God’s hope. God’s hope is absolute and solid. When you see the body of Christ, you see it as the fulfilled body. You see every member as the Christ within Who cannot sin. As you look into this mirror at the glory of the body of Christ as it ought to be, you’re transfigured into the image and likeness of the living Christ.

If you doubt God and what God says, you see the flesh in yourself. And you see the flesh in other members of the body of Christ. Maybe you see yourself and the people you like as good, but you see the fleshly nature in the people you don’t like. As you look at the flesh, you become fleshly. You become what you stare at.

YOU IN CHRIST

YOU IN CHRIST

YOU IN CHRIST

We can see how Christ is in us, but Scripture speaks of us being in Christ. What does it mean to be in Christ, and how can we be in Christ? Scripture says the human body is one and has many members, and so also is Christ. (1 Co. 12:12) It doesn’t say, “And so also is the body of Christ.” Christ the body is no less Christ than Christ the Head. Christ is a many-membered body being formed on earth that’s joined in submission to The Head in heaven. Being in Christ in unity is our high calling in Christ Jesus. (Ph. 3:12)
Many parallel streams are heading toward a confluence of the waters. We are at an inflection point. God is about to reveal His Kingdom order as never before. We’ll have to adjust our preconceived ideas to His master plan.

Precious Is My Gold

Precious Is My Gold

Precious Is My Gold

Precious is My gold,
Deep within, it lies,
Purposed long ago,
To bring you to pure life.

Failure ne’er shall be,
Trusting, onward go,
This is your new Day,
My presence now to show.

THE POWER OF THE WORD

THE POWER OF THE WORD

THE POWER OF THE WORD

We need to grasp the authority and power God gives us whenever He speaks His Word to us, whenever He leads or corrects us. The words we speak have power for good or evil. (Ja. 3:2-12, Mt. 15:11) We will be judged for every idle word, and an idle word is a word God didn’t speak through us. (Mt. 12:36) When God speaks through us, we speak the living Christ. We are speaking forth the power, glory, and authority of the One by Whom everything holds together. The power of agreeing verbally with God rather than agreeing with the accuser cannot be overstated. As we cooperate with the anointing, we have no doubt in our minds and God says “Amen!” through us, He speaks with the same authority that said “Let there be light.” (1 Co. 14:16) And yet, if we harbor doubt or use “Amen” as a cliché, it has no power. “God bless you” is an exercise of God’s authority. So is prophecy, a word of wisdom, or a word of knowledge. When we pray the will of God as He says His prayer through us, we are truly praying in Jesus’ name. Our lives change as we understand what God has put into our hands. God gives us a vision for healing, and health springs forth as He speaks words of healing from our lips. He will heal broken relationships as He speaks His word through us. He will break every yoke of bondage and solve every problem. And we are participating in it as we yield ourselves to Him. The Creator of the universe abides in us. May the Holy Spirit give us a vision of that power. His Word lives in us, and whatever He leads us to must conform to His will.

PRAISE, PRAISE, PRAISE THE LORD

PRAISE, PRAISE, PRAISE THE LORD

PRAISE, PRAISE, PRAISE THE LORD

Praise, praise, praise the Lord!
Praise, praise, praise His Name!
Oh! Praise, praise, praise the Lord!
Praise the Name of the Lord!
(repeat)

His Name is Lord and King.
His Name is Savior,
The Anointed One.
How I want to Know Him more!
He is the Master of the universe,
Yet He chose to live in me.
He is the Master of the universe,
And yet somehow He lives in me.

WHAT IS BIBLICAL FAITH?

What is Biblical FAITH?

WHAT IS BIBLICAL FAITH?

This is a spontaneous post. I just watched a disappointing video put out by a Christian group that attempted to explain Biblical faith without mentioning what the Bible says about faith. The Bible says faith comes by hearing the rhema of God. In this context, rhema means something God says. God speaks to us. The Bible is very clear about that. “Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of the Father.” “My sheep know My voice. They won’t listen to anyone else.” And there are many other verses like this. When God speaks to us, the Bible says Jesus (God’s spoken Word) authors faith in our hearts. I was disappointed to hear this good Christian group say faith is rationalized reasoning that originates in the human mind. In other words, we generate our own faith somehow. Faith is a gift from God. It comes when God speaks. The first chapter of Romans talks about those who fail to acknowledge God and thank Him when He reveals Himself and reality to us. They walk into ever-increasing darkness until they can’t tell right from wrong. In the third chapter of Second Corinthians, God tells us the fleshly veil is removed from our faces so we can see if we will turn to the Lord, but it’s a removal from glory to glory. We walk from one level of light to a greater level of light until the day when everything is complete. It’s not because we are so intelligent we figure it out. Real faith comes as we listen to God whether He speaks through the Bible, a still small voice, a brother or sister in Christ, or some other means mentioned in the Bible.

CHRIST IN YOU

CHRIST IN YOU

CHRIST IN YOU

Most who call themselves Christian also say Christ lives in their hearts. (Co. 1:27) Few ever think of what that means or how Christ gets into their hearts. And yet, the truth is simple. Before we can be born again, the Father must draw us. (Jn. 6:44) He draws us, or leads us, by speaking to us through the Bible or one of the ways mentioned in the Bible. We hear, and faith comes. Faith gives us access to grace, and grace in us confesses that Jesus is Lord as we yield our mouths and tongues to His grace. (Ro. 10:9-10) It’s that simple. When the Father speaks His Word, He speaks Jesus Christ (the Word of God) into our hearts. If that seems fantastic, consider that God spoke and everything in the universe came into existence. We can now see how Jesus got into our hearts to live there when the Father spoke the Word into our hearts with creative power. And yet, we each had to yield to Him or we would not have received it. That holy Seed landed on good ground, or none of us could have said, “Jesus is my Lord.” (1 Co. 12:3)

THE SOWER

THE SOWER

THE SOWER

In the Parable of the Sower, the Seed is the Word. That Word or Seed is the living Christ sown into our hearts. (Mt. 3:3-23) This Parable is about being born again, but it’s also about growing in Christ from glory to glory until the final day of His Parousia or Coming. That final day is about Christ the body coming into its own. Wisdom is this same Word from the Lord forming Christ in you. (Ja. 1:5-8) God’s wisdom is the river of God’s Word (Jesus) flowing in righteousness and holiness, delivering us from the darkness of sinful nature into the light and life in God’s presence. (1 Co. 1:30)

REPENT: HAVE A NEW MIND

REPENT: HAVE A NEW MIND

REPENT: HAVE A NEW MIND

We often think of repenting as changing our attitude or changing our direction, and that’s an acceptable way to think about it. However, God wants so much more than just a change in our attitudes or behaviors. The word “repent” in Scripture is literally “have a new mind. He intends to transfigure us into the very image and likeness of Christ. He speaks to us through our spirits to our minds and transfigures our minds from fleshly minds into the mind of Christ little by little and moment by moment throughout every day. God isn’t just looking for us to change our attitudes but to exchange our minds for His. He sows the Seed of His Word into our hearts repeatedly to accomplish this.

PLEASE NOW LIFT THIS BURDEN FROM MY SHOULDERS

PLEASE NOW LIFT THIS BURDEN FROM MY SHOULDERS

PLEASE NOW LIFT THIS BURDEN FROM MY SHOULDERS

Lord, if I have bitterness or anger,
If I feel offended, slighted, stepped-on or ignored,
Please now lift this burden from my shoulders;
If I keep it I cannot get through That Narrow Door.

CHORUS:
Lord, I desire Your Kingdom.
I need You so much more,
More than all my burden.
Please Help me through That Door.

If I have been worshipping an idol,
If power, pleasure, money, or success exhilarate
Please now lift this burden from my shoulders;
If I keep it I cannot get through That Narrow Gate.

CHORUS

If my flesh is weak and I am slipping,
If my sinful nature tries to draw and captivate,
Please now lift this burden from my shoulders;
If I keep it I cannot get through That Narrow Gate.

CHORUS

Lord, if I love my interpretation,
If I have theologies that I hold dear today,
Please now lift this burden from my shoulders;
If I keep it I cannot get through That Narrow Way.

CHORUS

Lord, if I am seeking great attainment,
If I’ve sent myself to fight a battle in Your war,
Please now lift this burden from my shoulders;
If I keep it I cannot get through That Narrow Door.

CHORUS

Lord, if I am arrogant and haughty,
If I’ve felt contempt that I am better than the rest,
Please now lift this burden from my shoulders;
If I keep it I cannot go through that final test.

CHORUS

Lord, if I am comfortable in Zion,
If I am not pressing toward the mark with all my might,
Please now lift this burden from my shoulders;
If I keep it I may miss the fullness of Your light.

THE INTIMACY OF KNOWING CHRIST

THE INTIMACY OF KNOWING CHRIST

THE INTIMACY OF KNOWING CHRIST

Jesus spoke of a day when He will have to say to some, “I never knew you.” (Mt. 7:23) The word “knew” can mean to perceive. However, it has a second meaning that makes more sense in the context. It refers to marriage and creating new life. The Father speaks the Living Word. And you, by grace through faith, submit to the Father to the point that He plants His Holy Seed (Christ) into your heart. Marriage is a type and shadow of this deep intimacy with Christ since intimacy in marriage produces new life. You then know Him in the sense that He creates new life in you. Christ is formed in you. In this intimacy, you are engaged in spiritual warfare, the battle for the mind.

Peace Follows Each New Transition

Peace Follows Each New Transition

Peace Follows Each New Transition

Peace follows each new transition,

For they bear His image – Thank God for the change.

Note: The Greek word “Parousia” means “presence.” It’s generally translated as “coming” rather than “presence.” It cannot mean “returning.” However, theologians have given themselves permission to translate “parousia” as “returning” when they interpret Scipture if it helps them “prove” certain religious ideas. This has caused many in the church to focus on being born again to the exclusion of growing to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect (totally complete or mature) man (singular), to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Most of the New Testament focuses on how to grow to this spiritual maturity.

The word “peace” is generally the Hebrew word “shalom.” While “shalom” is used for “hello,” “goodbye,” and “peace,” the literal meaning is “completeness.” In the New Testament, from HELPS Word-studies: 1515 erene (from eiro, to join, tie together into a whole) – properly, wholeness, i.e. when all essential parts are joined together.

Discerning the Body of Christ

Be ready for God’s unfolding revelation. God is establishing His Kingdom and will open the way for you from glory to glory.
(Quote from https://realreality.org/downloads/how-god-will-transform-you/)

Be ready for God’s unfolding revelation. God is establishing His Kingdom and will open the way for you from glory to glory.

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. ~ 2 Corinthians 3:18

The veil is your sinful fleshly nature. It’s the carnal part of you. When you turn to Jesus, God pulls the veil away. You see the image of God in God’s mirror, and you become what you see. You don’t see the fleshly part of your brothers and sisters. You see the Christ in them, and you become what you see. The word “transformed” is “metamorphoo” and means “transfigured.” The Holy Spirit transfigures you from glory to glory, here a little and there a little.
