When Jesus teaches you and you know the truth, He sets you free from sin.
(Quote from https://realreality.org/downloads/how-god-will-transform-you/)

“If you abide in My word (Christ in you leading you), you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?” Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. ~ John 8:31b-34

When Jesus teaches you and you know the truth, He sets you free from sin. If you sin, you’re a slave to sin. If you sin, you got mixed up and followed Satan again. Christ is setting you free from sin.

You must abide in His word. You must live your life in a conversation with Him. He leads and teaches you from within. He corrects you. You listen and pay attention when He speaks. You live your life and have your being in His leading and guiding. You see the vision Jesus gives you and you listen to God’s voice. That’s how faith comes to you and gets you into the place where His grace sets you free from sin. And you make your abode in His instruction, faith, grace, and righteousness. You never leave God’s presence. That’s God’s plan for you. Do you see how different it is to make your home in God’s presence instead of only checking in with God when you want something from Him?

Interpretation of Scripture requires adding something (truth or not truth) to the Scripture.

Interpretation of Scripture requires adding something (truth or not truth) to the Scripture.

Interpretation of Scripture requires adding something (truth or not truth) to the Scripture.

Interpretation of Scripture requires adding something (truth or not truth) to the Scripture.

Truth only comes from direct revelation from God. We can’t self-create it any more than we can self-create God. It’s as important that we don’t add to God’s words when interpreting Scripture as it is for prophecy. Many Bible teachers add to God’s Words without even noticing that they’re doing it. The same applies to interpreting observations and experiences. Scientist need to be much more careful than they are.

90 FACTS MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT RATIONAL THOUGHT:
1. The whole world honors an insane way of thinking without absolute truth, and that’s why the world is so crazy.
2. Rational thought requires a starting point of truth. It must be based on truth. Truth is absolute by definition.
3. Without divine revelation, it’s impossible to have a true premise. Without a true premise, it’s impossible to be rational.
4. Without truth, no rational thought can exist.
5. No truth exists outside Christ.
6. The simplicity in Christ is this: Christ is real and Christ reveals truth to any open mind. He’s alive and knowable.
7. You can pray, “Lord, be the foundation of my every thought. Let me listen to Your voice every moment.”
8. Jesus Christ speaks through the Bible and every means of divine revelation mentioned in the Bible.
9. The Bible is saturated with the Spirit of Christ, so you can’t avoid hearing His voice if you read the Bible.
10. Even though the Spirit of Christ saturates the Bible so no one can avoid hearing His voice when reading the Bible, ungodly thinkers avoid acknowledging Christ when He speaks to them.
11. God doesn’t rewrite the Bible because ungodly thinkers rebel against His righteousness.
12. God doesn’t change the Bible. God speaks through the Bible to change you.
13. Wherever truth is denied, Christ is denied. Wherever Christ is denied, truth is denied.
14. Christ is truth and wisdom. No other source exists, but many fakes exist.
15. God is love. No other source for love exists, but many fakes exist.
16. Christ is the Light of the world who lights every person, but many turn from the Light.
17. When people turn from Christ, they turn toward darkness and lose the ability to tell the difference between good and evil and truth and lie.
18. In John 3:19-21, Jesus stated the reason ungodly thinkers persist in their ungodly thinking.
19. Three possible sources exist for claims: human error, demonic entities, and God. Only God can reveal the truth.
20. The truth-value of a statement can be true, false, or null (unknown).
21. Without divine revelation, the only option is fallacy.
22. Divine revelation is the only way to avoid fallacies.
23. Whatever you build on the starting point of Truth (Jesus is the Truth), you must build without adding to or diminishing that Truth. (1 Co. 3:11-15)
24. Only one true Source for knowing exists. His name is Jesus Christ.
25. Without Christ, every assertion is a bare assertion.
26. Assumptions are unsupported claims (made-up stuff) people make-up and treat as if real.
27. Axioms consist of made-up stuff and using them as the basis for reasoning is insane, and yet, academia runs on axioms.
28. Most thinking is based on made-up stuff. For simplicity, call it lying.
29. Assumptions come out of worldviews, and worldviews give the illusion of reality while filtering out real reality.
30. Claims contrary to fact are bare claims that are also untrue.
31. If you follow Christ, you never have to use fallacy unless you choose not to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Those who follow Christ never have to be irrational since God reveals knowledge.
32. Two basic fallacies exist: calling made-up stuff real and covering up the fact that we’re calling made-up stuff real.
33. Don’t fall into the axiomatic thinking fallacy trap. Axiomatic thinking is calling made-up stuff “true.”
34. The only alternative to the axiomatic thinking fallacy is divine revelation.
35. Assumptions consist of made-up stuff and using them as the basis for reasoning is insane, and yet, academia runs on assumptions.
36. Presuppositions consist of made-up stuff and using them as the basis for reasoning is insane, and yet, academia runs on presuppositions.
37. Since ungodly thinkers can never prove any premise, they get used to fallacy.
38. Ungodly thinkers get their assumptions mixed up with observations. Godly thinkers realize an observation is different from an assumption.
39. Ungodly thinkers assume it makes sense to base reasoning on made-up stuff, to base thinking on assumptions or presuppositions. Made-up stuff is all they have.
40. Ungodly thinkers base their thoughts on made-up stuff because of the limitations of the human mind.
41. Ungodly thinkers use the argument from ignorance fallacy a lot, but it’s a sneaky way to give the illusion speculations are part of reality.
42. Ungodly thinkers face Agrippa’s Trilemma (the Münchausen Trilemma). Ungodly thinking can never come to an absolute conclusion. This means ungodly thinkers can never be certain of any claim.
43. Ungodly thinkers can’t be rational because of the Münchausen Trilemma. Only divine revelation from Jesus Christ solves this Trilemma.
44. Agrippa’s Trilemma (the Münchausen Trilemma) binds ungodly thinkers.
45. Ungodly thinkers try to defend reasoning based on made-up stuff and other fallacies.
46. Ungodly thinkers claim, based on bare assertion, that God doesn’t reveal truth to those who listen to Him.
47. Ungodly thinkers claim divine revelation is made-up stuff. How ironic! The ungodly thinker made up that claim. The ungodly thinker is claiming to know the inner spiritual experience of every Christian who ever lived.
48. God reveals Himself to ungodly thinkers. They refuse to listen to Him.
49. When ungodly thinkers refuse to listen to Christ, they’re turning toward darkness. They lose their ability to sense God. They can’t hear Him anymore. They can’t feel His presence. They can’t see the Kingdom of Heaven. They become increasingly callous.
50. Ungodly thinkers make up stories to assert that Christ doesn’t reveal reality to those who follow Him.
51. If you assume what you’re trying to prove, you prove nothing.
52. How could an ungodly thinker prove a premise? They would need a second premise to prove the first, but they can’t prove the second premise either. How can an ungodly thinker prove a premise? They can’t.
53. Ungodly thinkers are always forced to use fallacies since they can’t prove any premise true.
54. Rational thought requires true premises. That’s a problem for ungodly thinkers. It’s not a problem for those who know Christ. He is the truth and the only Source of knowledge and truth.
55. Rational thought must be based on truth, but ungodly thinkers have no path to truth. Ungodly thinkers can only escape this problem by turning to Christ. Pray for them.
56. Ungodly thinkers love to argue. Since they think their bare claims are valid, they have no limits.
57. Since ungodly thinkers can’t think rationally, they argue irrationally.
58. Interpretation of observation requires adding something (truth or not truth) to the observation. Truth only comes by divine revelation from Christ.
59. Interpretation of Scripture requires adding something (truth or not truth) to the Scripture. Truth only comes by divine revelation from Christ.
60. Emotion never proves anything, but ungodly thinkers are convinced based on emotion.
61. The emotional appeal fallacy is effective in fooling weak minds.
62. The appeal to emotion fallacy uses emotion to add fantasy to observation and calls the combination of fantasy and observation “evidence.”
63. The appeal to emotion fallacy uses emotion to add fantasy to Scripture and calls the combination of fantasy and observation “Scripture.”
64. Dogmatic thinking bases thought on dogma rather than living in the revelation flowing from Jesus Christ, Who is the only Source of ALL knowledge and wisdom.
65. Ambiguity can deceive the unaware.
66. God reveals truth through science. Some scientists thank Him. Others turn away from Light and Righteousness.
67. Ungodly scientists use assumptions as if they were part of reality. That’s how they sell their ungodly religion.
68. In the make-believe world of the ungodly thinker, “evidence” consists of filtered observations interpreted by assumptions that can’t be proved true.Ungodly thinkers are stuck with bare claims and many smokescreen fallacies.
69. To say a statement is true when it’s unknown is irrational. Yet, that’s how ungodly thinkers use assumptions in science, philosophy, and theology.
70. No one can prove axioms like Rationalism, Naturalism, Materialism, or Uniformitarianism. They’re made-up stories, and they’re false.
71. Naturalism ASSUMES no God. God REVEALS no naturalism.
72. Speculative science and speculative theology: both are dangerous.
73. Ungodly thinkers can’t give an example of one kind of living thing ( like a cat of dog) turning into another kind of living thing. To say “countless examples exist” is not an example.
74. Evolutionists tried to be rational, but that never worked because evolutionism is irrational.
75. Evolutionists are having success with appeal to ridicule fallacies since no one likes to be ridiculed.
76. Evolutionism is based in storytelling and denialism. Evolutionism is a religious dogma that can’t be falsified. All conclusions of age-of-the-earth “science” depend on assumptions and storytelling.
77. Scientists and theologians generally reason emotionally and irrationally.
78. Scientists and theologians often reason based on made-up stuff such as axioms or assumptions. That’s irrational.
79. Scientists and theologians generally reason irrationally then rationalize their conclusions to make them seem sane.
80. Don’t be fooled by appeal the appeal to popularity fallacy. Satan established an organized system. The system consists of the culture, education, and media. The people in this system act in unison so the system acts as a single false prophet.
81. It’s no surprise ungodly schools teach an irrational form of logic.
82. Ungodly schools don’t teach the fact that without divine revelation, no path to a true premise exists.
83. Ad ignorantiam question fallacies work because most people don’t think rationally.
84. But sanctify [purify] the Lord God in your hearts [innermost being], and be ready always to give an answer [apologia = rational response] to every man who asks you a reason [logos = utterance = Christ] of the hope [firm vision from God] that is in you [in your innermost being] with meekness [a gentle spirit] and fear [reverence]. 1 Peter 3:15
85. Don’t let naysayers direct the conversation toward you. It’s not about you. It’s about Christ.
86. If you want to be a friend of the world, you are an enemy of God.
87. Making immorality legal doesn’t make immorality moral.
88. God judges every immoral act. He judges every word that didn’t proceed from His own mouth. Whatever He doesn’t lead you to and do through you is immoral.
89. You are called to yield to the Holy Spirit so you only do His acts and only say His words.
90. God created you to work together with Him in submission to Him, yielding the members of your body to His righteousness as He says His words and does His acts through you. Anything else is sin.

How would one try to study God to understand His glory?

How would one try to study God to understand His glory?

How would one try to study God to understand His glory?

How would one try to study God to understand His glory?
The wise have learned to seek His face as He unfolds His story.

How would one learn about the King who made this world we live in?
The wise all meet the King of kings and know by walking with Him.

How could one know about the Lord not wanting His direction?
The wise all let Him lead them on into His own perfection.

How could one try to make up God by human mind’s conceiving?
The wise all seek Him and His Word with faithful heart believing.

  • You hear that Word. (Rom. 10:17)
  • That Word (Christ) authors Faith in you. (Heb. 12:2)
  • The Spirit of Christ gives you a vision of hope. (Heb. 11:1)
  • You receive this vision of who we are in Christ. (Eph. 2:10)
  • how you fit into Christ the body, and what you are to do. (1 Cor. 12:27)
  • And this faith gives you access to grace.  (Rom. 5:2)
  • Grace gives you power to receive the gift of righteousness (Rom. 5:15)
  • Righteousness: God doing His works through you. (1 Cor. 15:10)
  • You yield the members of your body to God’s righteousness. (Rom. 16:13)
  • God does His works through you. (Phil 2:13)
  • That’s how the Spirit plants the Seed of the Word (Christ) in your heart. (Mat. 13:3-23)
  • And that forms Christ more fully in you. (Gal. 4:19)
  • And Christ’s Light shines in you more. (2 Cor. 4:6)
  • Then, the Light dispels some of the darkness in your mind. (Joh. 8:12)
  • You can then hear the Father’s voice more clearly. (Heb. 5:14)
  • The Father speaks a Word of leading, teaching, or correction. (Isa. 30:21)

You can make your home in Jesus’ correction. Then, you’ll be His disciples.

How To Find Love

How To Find Love

How To Find Love

How To Find Love

To look for love the worldly way,
Will mostly always bring dismay,
And kissing frogs will only work
To help you find another jerk.

If you want love, here’s my advice,
Don’t use a worldly device.
You want the one who’s right for you.
No other one will really do.

Just run toward God with all your might,
And as you run, you’ll catch the sight
Of one who runs in that same race,
Who keeps a pace like your own pace.

Another who loves Jesus so,
And lives life in the Spirit’s flow.
This might just be the one for you.
Trust God to tell you what to do.

The real question will not be,
“How can I find a love for me?”
The question, which is oft ignored,
“How better may I seek the Lord?”

And as you seek the Lord above,
You’ll have no trouble finding love.
You’ll find the life that’s right for you,
And happiness your whole life through.

Jesus is saying you can abide in His leading. You can live in His teaching. You can make your home in His loving correction. Then, you’ll be His disciples. You’re a disciple if Jesus is teaching you. If you direct your focus to Him, He’ll be teaching you. He uses the word “indeed” or “truly.” He’ll be truly teaching you. Since He’s truly teaching you, you’ll know the truth. And the truth will make you free. When Jesus teaches you and you know the truth, He sets you free from sin. If you sin, you’re a slave to sin. If you sin, you got mixed up and followed Satan again. Christ is setting you free from sin.

How good it is to stand in the presence of the Lord.

How good it is to stand in the presence of the Lord.

How good it is to stand in the presence of the Lord.

How Good It Is

How good it is to stand in the presence of the Lord.
How good it is to stand in the presence of the Lord.
Let us serve the Lord with gladness.
He inhabits our praises.
How good it is to stand in the presence of the Lord.
How good it is to stand in the presence of the Lord.

By the way, I’m working on a new book about how to talk about Jesus without getting into arguments.

Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. ~ Romans 6:13

It’s all about yielding.

Yielding

Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. ~ Romans 6:13

It’s all about yielding. It takes effort to oppose God. You must let go. I must let go. You must yield yourself to the grace of God. You must stop fighting the righteousness of God.

Truth Will Set You Free

“If you abide in My word (Christ in you leading you), you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?” Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. ~ John 8:31b-34

How beautiful upon the mountain, Are the feet of him who brings good tidings and peace

How beautiful upon the mountain, Are the feet of him who brings good tidings and peace

How beautiful upon the mountain, Are the feet of him who brings good tidings and peace

How beautiful upon the mountain,
Are the feet of him who brings good tidings and peace,
And publishes salvation, and saith unto Zion,
Thy God reigneth!
The watchmen now lift up their voice,
Together, we all rejoice, as Zion breaks forth.
With joy we now sing and comfort the Redeemed,
For our God reigneth!
