Every time you listen to God’s voice
instead of your own carnal mind
and yield to His Spirit to do His work
His way by His power,
you are dying to self and living to Him.
The old man dies away
and the New Man comes alive
more completely.
Think of it as an even exchange:
God’s wisdom
for your foolishness.
