God’s temple is the body of Christ, which is the called-out church.
You can’t complete holiness as a loner. God is revealing the order and pattern of His church to you. He shows you when something is out of order. He shows you what His true pattern is. God is fitting you into your place in His pattern. At the same time, God is preparing others to fit into their places.

Don’t get caught up in a list of rules, principles, doctrines, or laws. Your fleshly nature can’t reform itself, but it can deceive you. The secret to growing in Christ is listening and yielding exclusively to the leading of the Holy Spirit. The secret to freedom from sin is listening and yielding exclusively to the leading of the Holy Spirit. How do you listen and yield? You must first get into His presence. He says, “All who sincerely and persistently seek Me find Me.” “He inhabits the praises of His people.” “When you look to Him, the fleshly veil is taken away.” “Acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will direct your paths.” Any wisdom or knowledge you have comes from Him. It’s partial, but it’s from Him. Focus on Him. Let Him guide you. Look to Him with a thankful heart. When He gives you a solution, thank Him and glorify Him. He will give you wisdom for your work and every aspect of your life. He’ll continue to lead, teach, and correct you.
Christ in you, the hope of glory.
He is your identity.
Human flesh is not your focus.
Christ within is all you see.

Only as we allow the Holy Spirit to lead us can we enter into sonship. The fallen fleshly nature looks for some shortcut around the Holy Spirit. The flesh wants to preserve itself and it wants what it wants. They Holy Spirit destroys the fleshly nature as He forms Christ in us. The flesh will try to manufacture love, but it will always be a fake love. God is love. We can’t have love without God. “The love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost.” The flesh will try to be righteous, but self-righteousness gets us nowhere in with God. Jesus Christ is our righteousness. Read Paul’s letter to the Romans. The Bible tells us that any wisdom, love, knowledge, or righteousness comes from God.
Oh, let the love of God

in your hearts by the Holy Ghost.

We can sense the depths of God’s great river of life and long to swim in the current of God’s plan, but we must yield to its flow and surrender to its chosen path. Recently, God has been reminding us to remain in the flow of this great river in every part of our life. Here is where wisdom dwells. This is the only source of knowledge. In every situation, we have to make decisions. We listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit at work, with family, in times of conflict or stress, and when we have to make decisions. On the banks are all our preconceived ideas, things we heard on the media, and the strongholds in our minds. These are the ways of death. In the flow of the Anointing is understanding.

When we put on the Lord Jesus Christ, we are not simply trying to model our lives after the example we read about in Scripture. Nor are we trying to measure up to His righteousness as we imagine it. Putting on Christ has nothing to do with trying and everything to do with listening and yielding. When we are saved, salvation is by grace, and grace is through faith. Faith comes as we listen to His leading, and faith lets us access His grace. We yield to His grace. We yield to His Spirit. His grace does His works in and through us.
Let’s get back to salvation from sin. We sometimes get the wrong idea about sin and righteousness by thinking of certain acts as sins we have avoided. I’ve heard people say, “I don’t murder people or commit adultery; I don’t sin.” The Scripture says that whatever is not of faith is sin. And that makes perfect sense since all righteousness must originate with God. We cannot possibly self-generate righteousness. Our natural state is one of self-will. Scripture says we don’t live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Father. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of the Father. God speaks. He leads us through Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Word of the Father. Christ is the Light, and He gives light to every person. When you listen, faith comes. Faith gives you access to God’s grace, and grace does God’s righteousness through you.
What about putting on the Lord Jesus Christ? We are not copying Him. That would be flesh trying to Copy Christ. It won’t work. The Father starts it all. He leads every person. When we acknowledge Him and thank Him for that leading, Jesus Christ authors faith in our hearts. He gives us a vision of who we are in Christ and how we fit into the body of Christ. He shows us what we are to do or say at that moment, but we need His power to fulfill it. If we try to do it in our own strength, we will fail in pride and hypocrisy. Rather, we yield to His grace, and allow His grace to say His words and do His acts through us. When we yield to the point of obedience, we let Him plant His holy seed in us. That holy seed is Christ. That’s how we put on the Lord Jesus Christ.

As we look upon His face,
Coming forth in His creation,

The Word by which God leads us is the same Word by which God created the universe. The Word Who is holding the universe together is the same Word by which God leads us. (Co. 1:15-17) We live by every Word that comes from the mouth of God. (Mt. 4:4) The Word of God was made to be Jesus Christ. We have partially tapped into the power of hearing, seeing, and speaking the words of God, but God is calling us higher.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John. 1:1-14)
In John 1, God means exactly what He is saying: the Word mentioned in the first chapter of John is a spoken statement or utterance, and that spoken statement is Christ. God created the universe by speaking His Word. The Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary, and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. The Word always has been with God and has been God, but the Word was made flesh at the appointed time. Consider the power of the Word the Father speaks through us by the Holy Spirit.
It’s common to read about “the word” in the Bible and assume that when the Bible says “the word” it means “the Bible.” That’s not the meaning of the original language, however. The Bible is God’s word because God speaks through the Bible. God has so infused the Bible with His Spirit that no one can read the Bible without God speaking to them. When you read the term “word” in the Bible, the original language says “a spoken statement,” “an utterance,” or “a sentence.” God speaks. That’s what the Bible is telling us when we see the term “word.” When the Father spoke to you that first time, He spoke His Word to you. Man shall live “by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Father.” (Mt. 4:4)
